The Kiterocket Lounge is turnkey. We organize and manage everything! All you do is show up and be ready to entertain your customers, host your press briefings, and meet all the top industry movers and shakers in an inviting and relaxed atmosphere.
The Kiterocket Lounge offers guests a fully catered experience with delicious breakfast and lunch buffets, all-day refreshments, and a fully stocked bar.
Premium Hospitality:
Experience two full days and nights of premium hospitality at the Kiterocket Lounge. Enjoy breakfast and lunch buffets, refreshments, hors d’oeuvres, and a fully stocked bar. Our fully staffed reception desk is available for guest assistance, and you can invite 15 to 50 guests daily for breakfast and lunch, depending on your host level.
Private Space
As a host, you will enjoy access to your own space and additional open seating throughout the Kiterocket Lounge. Depending on your host level, this includes options ranging from a private table for eight to a dedicated section with lounge space and multiple meeting tables.
Dedicated Support
Have a dedicated Kiterocket team member manage your Lounge experience from start to finish, along with dedicated hospitality hosts and waitstaff to ensure seamless service throughout the event.
Company Branding
Your company will receive brand exposure with your logo prominently featured on your private table(s) and displayed on Kiterocket Lounge banners throughout the venue.
VIP List
You’ll be on the exclusive list for the Lounge’s premier events. Invite 25 to 150 executive-level guests to the prestigious After-Party, depending on your host level (advance RSVP required). Additionally, you can host your guests at an exclusive Wednesday Happy Hour, complete with company-branded invitations for 10 to 30 guests, tailored to your host level.
